Lovely milk tea

Yesterday wasn't just a rest day, like I first thought. I went to home by bus because mom need some help to get some stuff to the apartment. When we were going home we stopped to buy some Chinese food. Yummy! I love Chinese food and it had been while since I last time ate it so it was nice.
At the evening we already were back at the apartment and ready for new week.
So today my outfit was this. I really like to wear shorts. But today it felt somehow cold to wear them. It was all because it was raining. Well raining is okay. I actually like raining a lot. But I had lost my umbrella, so I got cold in the way school. It rained whole day. When I came to school it was raining, when I ate lunch it was raining and when my school day ended it was raining.
When school ended I rushed to store. I actually got the idea from our Japanese exchange student. I remember that last week she told me about milk tea. So I remembered it today. I searched for directions how to make it from internet and it didn't seem too hard to make.
All you need for this lovely milk tea is milk, cinnamon, sugar, cardamon, tea ( I used black tea) and water. It's really simple to make.
First you take 3 deciliter water and put it to boiler. Then you add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon cardamon. After that I put 3 tablespoons sugar (actually after I remembered I was making it by half amount than the directions said to do, so I put too much sugar to it...). Then I just put teabag to the boiler and let the water boil.
After it has boiled you strain the tea to pan. After that you add 1 deciliter milk. Then you let the tea heat up again and you are ready.

Yes so I made small mistake when I was making this. I was supposed to put 1 and half tablespoon sugar to the tea... But it ended up to be really sweet. So if you like sweet tea just put the 3 tablespoons.
This milk tea was perfect to a rainy day. The cinnamon and cardamon made lovely taste to it. I really can recommend this warmly to everyone. With these direction you can make three cups of this tea. So if you need more just add more of the ingredients. Example for six cups just double the amount of the ingredients. I probably wouldn't drink this everyday, but it was really nice change for just basic tea that I often drink.
Now I have to keep the promise that I made yesterday and go study. I hope you enjoyed this tea making tip.
