Frozen twice~

Outfit for yesterday
Yesterday I went to see the Frozen for a second time! My friend talked at school that she would like to see it and I volunteered right away to go with her. This time we saw the movie in English (last weekend when I went to movies with my cousin we watched it in Finnish).
Ironically the weather was really freezing. It was probably -20 Celsius degrees, windy and it was even snowing little bit. At the day it wasn't so cold, but we went to movies at 7.45 pm.

I think the movie was even better when I watched it second time. Although I think that Finnish dubs in Disney movies have always bee good, I think I liked the movie little bit more in English. The jokes were just better in English.
Last time I saw Frozen I really didn't talk about it much here. So this time I thought I would like to come here together all the facts that make it my favorite Disney movie.
1. Okay as first thing I have here is how cute Anna, Elsa, Kristoff and Sven were as kids. Kristoff and Svenn are first shown in the movie, and they are just adorable. You can see how they have been close always. Kristoff is doing his best when he tries to get the ice out of the water. It may be hard but eventually he does it. What makes me sad is that how he basically is like air to the grown up mans. It brings up how he has had to grow up alone with Sven... Until he meets the trolls.
Anna and Elsa were so close as kids. It was so cute to watch them play together and have fun. The accident that happened to Anna was horrible and you really can see pain and worry in Elsa's eyes. All this just explains so much of Elsa's nature in the movie. How she doesn't want to hurt her little sister ever again.
2. Anna is just awesome person. Bright, bubbly, brave and awkward in such a adorable way. When she sings the First time in forever song, I just couldn't help thinking how she remind me of me and my cousin. We act like that all the time.
I know how crazy it is how she said yes to Hans, even thought that they had known only day... But I also kind of understand Anna. In First time forever she sings how she first time ever has a chance to find love, and how it could actually be her only chance. I think she was so afraid that she wouldn't get another chance that she said yes to Hans, based just to her crush on her. I can't say I didn't enjoy Love is open door, I really enjoyed it was so goofy and fun. Reminded me lot of Glee.
In the end when she punches Hans i just cool. Anna shows how badass she actually is.
3. Third in my list is Elsa, the cool Ice queen. In the start Elsa is kind of reserved, but for totally understandable reason. Thank god she was a voice of sense, "You can't marry man you have just met". I'm so glad Disney wrote her that line. When she runs away and sings the Let it go, she looks so happy. It just made me smile. I mean it must feel wonderful to first time in forever to be actually the person who really are. Still at the ice castle it must be lonely. So when we saw her later in the movie she doesn't seem so happy. Elsa worries about Arendelle and feels quilt how it's covered in snow. Trough the whole movie Elsa is going trough the traumas and fears from past that have always controlled her. How she wins them in the end is just wonderful.
 4. Kristoff, the reindeer king, the most amazing Disney "prince" ever. I love how he might not look like typical prince. He looks like he has been lifting up ice cubes his whole life like he has. Kristoff and Sven's relationship is one of the cutest things that I know. They have been together forever, and they are best friends. The conversations between Kristoff and Sven are so funny and I love "their" duet. I love how Kristoff never, even in a one moment in the whole movies, looks like he is feeling uneasy when he is surrounded by these powerful woman characters. He is totally okay with a woman to be strong.
5. Hans... Kind of a surprising person in my ls it I guess. Yes he is such a... I'm not going to say what. But without him the movie wouldn't have been so perfect. I have to admit that I was little bit spoiled by tumblr, so I knew from the the start of the movie that there was something wrong in Hans. I even said that to my cousin and she agreed with me. When it was revealed that he was the villain, I was surprised how cruel he actually was. I was so sure he was bad, but what he said to Anna was just so cruel. Well all the things he did after that too were pretty cruel. Some people said there should have been little clues about how Hans is evil, but I think it was good in this way. Hans you were cool villain I give you that.
As a side note I would like to say that it was actually cool how Anna first had crush in villain. That is something that has never happened in Disney movie.
6. Olaf! You little cutie snowman. Olaf is so adorable. His jokes were always in right place. I swear I laughed for every single one of them. Olaf was so cute all the way from "It's like little unicorn" to "Some people are just worth to melting for". He just said just the right things in right spots. Thank you for this adorable character!
7.I loved just loved Oaken's character. What a great add to the movie. He didn't ave big role, but he was just amazing. Oaken was the only one to have Scandinavian accent in the movie and he totally rock it. Also I love his family. When he is waves to the people in sauna we can see another man and four kids. That's just adorable. They are all just like "Hoo hoo adorable".
8.The relationship between Anna and Kristoff is just magic. I love how we can see it grown trough the movie. First they are strangers for each others. Anna gets Kristoff to take her to north mountain and their adventure together begins. Anna might be little innocent to first notice how their relationship grows, she doesn't see how Kristoff is starting to like her more and more. Also we see the look in Kristoff's eyes when he looks Anna, and it's just adorable. I think every one wants someone to look them like that.  At least I hope that in future someone will look me like that.
Kristoff loves Anna enough to take her to Hans, because Anna thinks he is her true love. Kristoff leaves her, and he seems so sad about it. Luckily Sven gets him to turn around.
In the end his hesitation about kissing Anna is cute. Then Anna kisses his cheek, which shows that she is the more brave one in these kinds of things. It's awesome that they didn't get married right away. But in the same time I'm waiting at least for short film were they get married...
9.Sisterly love! It's just awesome. Elsa closes Anna out because she cares about her so much. Anna is in pain about that because she misses he sister. Trough the movie they fight with those feelings. In the end they find their love again. I love it how the sisterly love is what melts Anna, and is the act of true love. It just brought smile to my face when they skated together and were having fun after such a long time.

10. Of course the songs! I love the songs! The songs are always one of the best things in Disney movies. When I was kid I didn't care about the slow songs... Now I love them too. It's funny how after seeing the film once I listened the songs so much that I almost knew all the lyrics to every song when I went to see the movie yesterday. I was mumbling the words when ever the songs came. I choose the multi-language version to share here, because I think Let it go sounds awesome in every language.

So that's the list of things that made Frozen so good for me! I hope you enjoyed to read it. Feel free to comment about what you think about the movie!

Best way to start a week for a fangirl

Something arrived in the mail!!
So I got this in the mail! It's something that I ordered in the end of the Christmas vacation. The most important thing here was a birthday present for my cousin. But what it is, has to stay as a secret. I know she'll be reading this so I won't reveal it.
But there was also something for me.
AKB48's single UZA type-K. I have been dreaming of buying this since the single was released. You can believe how extremely happy  I was when I finally got this. So the single includes CD, DVD where is the music videos and photo of Mayu Watanabe. Mayu looks so pretty in the photo.
Everyone looks so pretty in the pictures! Shinoda Mariko and Yuki Kashiwagi just look amazing, my perfect girls! Yuko Oshima and Matsui Jurina too look so cool.
I was so excited of this and just kept looking these photos over 10 minutes.
It was also awesome to see the music videos in such a high quality.
Another thing I got! My cousin got some Hello!Project goods, and we had deal that I would get half of them. So this is what I got!
I got Berryz Koubou Madayade small photo, Tokunaga Chinami picture, Junjun aka Li Chun photo and picture of Risako Sugaya in Tsingis Khan single outfit. I was so happy! These are my first official H!P goods that I got. All of the girls look so pretty.
Also I got two Buono! Hatsukoi Cider pins. Other has all the girls and other has just Momoko Tsugunaga in it. Kind of shame that there wasn't Miyabi Natsuyaki pin since she is my favorite. But I'm really happy about the Momoko pin too.

So here you see what made fangirl's week so good! I hope that in the future I will be able to buy some more.
I hope everyone has had awesome start of week!

Freezing weekend~

Outfit, hair and cousin for a Saturday
My cousin was so nice, that she did my hair!
I had awesome and eventful weekend. On Friday I jumped to train and headed towards Kuopio. I went to spent the weekend with my dear dear cousin Henna. We really had awesome weekend.
At Saturday we had so much things to do. Day started by my goddaughter's birthday. It was her first birthday! Birthday girl was super happy the whole party. She got some cool clothes and toys. It was really fun.
After the birthday we headed bowling. It just something we probably do once in a year and you can see that. We really suck. But it's so much fun. We thought that next time we would took two hours time. It always takes time to remember how to bowl.
After bowling we headed to quick dinner and then...
We went to movies! Finally we saw the Frozen! We agreed some time ago that we should go watch it together. I'm really happy we did I enjoyed it really much.
The movie was awesome. I loved it from the start to end. It was just so cool.
Anna really was like me. Goofy, clumsy and just so positive. I could just identify so easily to her. Well everything else, but the "I just met this guy and I want to marry him". I'm so glad Elsa stopped her.
Elsa was so cool! I mean at the start she just was scared of her powers. When she ran away she looked so relieved and happy.
Kristoff was the most greatest Disney "Prince" ever.He didn't look like the typical prince type. But he was so nice. His jokes, and how he talked as Sven. It was just perfect.
I loved all the characters relationships. I even got new OTP. Anna and Cristoff. How can someone not love them together?

I loved every single song in the movie. They were so nice. The songs sounded really cool in Finnish. In evening we listened them again as English with my cousin. We both agreed that Frozen was just best animation movie in long time.

In the end of Saturday I even got to play Beyond: Two souls - game first time. I was so happy. I played it all the way to the Navajo part. Then I was too tired to continue. But really the game is really worth of all the compliments. The graphic were awesome, something like I have never seen before and the story is so cool too.

So I had just splendid weekend with my cousin. We just always tend to have so much fun together, after all she is my best friend.
Now I'm just enjoying Sunday night home, while watching Sherlock Holmes season 3. Yes it finally started here!
So until next time!

The World Ends With You

Day's outfit
So I have made couple new purchases during the end of last week and on this week. First one to show is last weeks finding.
New winter shoes! Actually my mom bought these to me. She thought I need new winter shoes. I was really happy to get these they are really cool.
So the shoes are like winter version of army boots. They have nice warm lining inside. Still I was little worried would they be warm enough when snow comes. Well I didn't need to wait long to test them out. On weekend the snow had finally came here.
All my fears were actually unnecessary. The shoes were still warm, and comfy in the feet.
I actually tried on summer versions of these at America. They had cool spikes in the heel. But every shop I tried them on there were only one size of them and they were always way too big.
Even thought the ones I got don't have spikes, they are still pretty cool and good looking and I really like them. I finally got my own army boots!
Another new thing is something that arrived in the mail earlier this week. This post's tittle even gives a hint of what it is...
Tada~! I got my new game for the Nintendo and it's called "The World Ends with You". I ordered it in the end of the Christmas vacation and I finally got it! I was so excited. In Kingdom Heart's Dream Drop Distance, you can meet the characters of this game in Traverse town. I got really interested about the game that the characters were originally from. Well I first time played Dream Drop Distance over a year ago. It took me this long to order the game... But I finally did it!
The game takes place in a fictional version of the Shibuya, Tokyo. Player gets to play as Neku Sakuraba who is suffering from amnesia, he can only remember his own name. He wakes up in Shibuya not knowing what is going on, weird timer ticking in his hand.
Neku wanders around and soon meets girl named Shiki Misaki, who claims to be Neku's game partner. Shiki explains some things to Neku, and it's revealed that they are now players of reapers game. Players  get texts to phones, and in the texts they get missions. The time going on in their hand is the time how much they got left to get the mission done. If you fail you get erased. If your game partner gets erased so do you.
I think the plot is really interesting. Actually I have played on already to the 6th day and I don't want to reveal anything so I don't give spoilers if someone hasn't played this.
I really like the characters. I first found Neku little bit annoying, because he didn't want to work with anyone. But I'm growing to like him more. I also like Rhyme and Beat who come along in third day (if  I remember correct). Surprisingly I don't find even Shiki annoying. One of the reapers thought is really annoying. But it must be because she is making things hard for me.
The art work is cool and well done. The game is really different from the others that I have played. It doesn't really have any sort videos or anything like that in between. Just pictures that move sometimes, and change.

Music fits the game well. It's nice and good music. One song thought makes me always laugh in the beginning. That song is above. It's actually pretty cool. For some reason the part were the woman sings "Calling Someone is Calling ", makes me laugh. It might be because first time I thought she sang Someone is coming, and I laughed and thought is this music going to come always when someone comes. But yeah it was simple misunderstanding.

The game isn't anywhere new at the game market. It got released at 2007 in Japan and year later in Europe. But I can say it was good thing to buy. It was just something really different. Beside you don't even notice that the game is  four years old any other ways than, that it's for Nintendo DS and not for Nintendo 3D.

Actually I got already so interested that I was thinking of making cosplay of some of the characters. It would be cool thing to do in the future. Well I really can't wait to play some more. Luckily I have lot's of time tomorrow for one certain reason. But more about that in the future!
Stay safe everyone!

Goat-milk-cheese-tomato-pie

Today I made this lovely goat-cheese-tomato-pie and I just thought I would like to share the recipe. The pie was really good and I think I'll be doing it again in the future!
Basically I got the recipe from here, but since it's in Finnish I thought I would translate it.

For the pie crust:

500 g carrot mash
3/4 dl  running grease
3 ½ wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

Filling:
1/2 dl lemon pesto
200g goat milk cheese
250g cherry tomatoes
1/2 dl sun dried tomatoes

Also needed:
Arugula
Oven pan where you can fry it (which should be around 32x24 cm)

The recipe is quite simple and only has 4 steps.  I'm really not a master in kitchen and still was able to make this, so don't worry that this would be hard to do.
Heat up the oven to 200 degrees!
  1. So first you start making the crust. Take the carrot mash and grease and mix them together. I used vegetable grease for this. After that mix  in different bowl the flour, baking powder and salt. When you have done this you can mix the flour bowl to the carrot mash bowl. Just add little bit of the flour and mix. Then add more and mix again. Keep doing this until all the flour is in the carrot mash bowl. Dough should look pretty smooth but still strong enough so it can be the crust. When you are done press the dough to bottom of pan. It would be good idea to try to make little edges so the filling won't come out. The thing that is different to the original recipe is that I found out that it is actually good idea to put the crust to oven for just couple minutes, so it won't end up being raw. So just put it there for 2-5 minutes and take it out. After you have done it add the pesto and spread it out evenly.
  2. Now you get to do the filling. Just cut the goat milk cheese and tomatoes to thin pieces. When you are done put the cheese at the bottom of the crust. Just place it out there. After that you can add the tomatoes at top.
  3. Now you can fry it in the oven with the fillings. It takes 25-30 minutes in 200 degrees.
  4. Cut the sun dried tomatoes to small slices and sprinkle them on top of the pie. You can add some arugula or basil on top of the pie if you like.

So there you have it! Simple pie. I really enjoyed so I can recommend it all of you too. Try it out!

8 things I learnt about America

This post is for the honor of the first day of school after Christmas vacation. I'll be listing down 8 things that I learnt about America while visiting there.

1. America is so damn big

Yes I have seen America before on map. Yes I know it looks like million times bigger on map than Finland. Still I really never expected it to be so big.

We mostly were just at the state of California. So we didn't even explore that "big" are. It makes me dizzy to to even thinking of exploring the whole America. It would take for ever. It's like visiting in every country in Europe - twice.
And it's not just the country that is big. Everything else there is big too. But more about that later.

2. They sell the clothes that fit perfectly my style

I mean really. Why can't they sell stuff like this in Finland? I loved the clothes there. And they weren't too expensive either. It was nice to buy some new dresses and lots of T-shirts. If I was supposed to decided would I rather live in USA or Finland based on what kind of clothes they sell I would move to America. It would simply just "So long Finland!". But because there is lot of other things that effect to that thing I will rather stay in Finland.

3. The holiday decorations are crazy

The decorations are so bright and big and many colored. It's like all the neighbors have competition of who can have the most decorations in the house. Well it's basically that either they had big and bright decorations or they didn't have decorations at all. I could never imagine at finding something like this from Finland. And we love Christmas - Santa Claus even lives here!
I guess it's just easier to put all the lights and decorations when it's warm and there is no snow or anything like that. I would never put up this much decorations to my house. But I must raise hat for all the people who did. You really had to spent time with it.

4. Meal sizes... Really this big?
I just don't how to describe it. And I didn't have enough good pictures to show it either. I guess the best sentence tp describe this is that I never, even once, were able to eat my whole meal in America. And let's not even talk about how half of the restaurants are hamburger restaurants.
Once there I ordered half of chicken salad, and really 1/4 would have been enough for me. I don't even want to imagine how big the whole salad would have been. In the same time I felt myself so rude for not eating the whole meals. But I couldn't help it, since I'm not used to eat that much. It was way too much for me. If someone really eats that big meals twice a day... I can't even comment that.
Really the best meal that I ate there was grilled salmon. It was like the freshest and it didn't contain so much grease than all the other things. It was simply just nice change for all those burgers, pizzas, ribs and pizzas. I can't imagine myself eating anything like that in many weeks now, yuck.
5. Sweet breakfasts
Another one of food, since I'm friend of good food and when I'm not satisfied I will talk about it. There was actually anything wrong about the breakfasts there. It just that... There weren't anything else to eat than sweet things, like pancakes, muffins, pop tarts... The thing that wasn't so sweet was bagel, but there wasn't even ham to put on that bagel. All the other time I tried my best to avoid all the sweet things because if I would eat more that I would just feel sick.
I don't know is this just fact that is at hotels that they serve sweet breakfasts and that normal people actually get to eat something not so sweet also. But if the another option would be sausages and bacon I wouldn't be happy either. I just would wish more fruits to the breakfasts. What I really love in Europe is that almost anywhere you travel if you are staying in hotel you will get lots of different fruits.
In the other hand I also have to say that they server really delicious orange juice everywhere in America. It was the highlight of breakfasts there.
6. Glamour isn't that bright as it seems in TV
This sounds so negative. But I think it doesn't matter what place is shown in TV, it doesn't look that glamours when you actually go there.
Hollywood wasn't as cool and clean and all the other things that I expected. When it's shown in TV it looks so bright and dazzling and just amazing. When you go there as person it's just normal street. Street where is lots of tourist and people who are dressed up as super heroes and some movie character. There is also people who will try to get you to star house tour. I just hated it how I couldn't walk in peace. Well I shouldn't even had expected that.
Despite of what I said about Hollywood, it was one of my favorite places where we visited. It wasn't bad experience. I really had fun day, looking all the stars and shopping at the stores. It was so much fun!
We arrived to Las Vegas at evening so it was dark and all the lights were one. They were so bright and interesting looking. It looked exactly the same that I had imagined. Then next day it looked like any other city. At daylight it didn't look like much. It just had funny looking hotels and big buildings and one big street where everything was.
7. Americans really don't know anything about Finland.
Okay maybe they do know about Angry birds or something like that. But as simply thing as where Finland is, most of them didn't have a clue. Many people asked us where are we from. When we told that we are from people many of them looked confused because it didn't tell much to them. Then we told that it's in norther Europe and they looked like they understood it better.
Some waiter even said to us "You speak still English there, right?". We laughed and said no, we speak Finnish. The waiter then was really confused where had we learnt English then.
Well  I can't blame them really. Finland really is so small compared to America and maybe Americans have already lot of things that they need to know about their country. I don't think that Finland is their priority interest.
8. One last thing...
America is actually pretty cool place, so if you ever have a chance I would say just go for it. It just something worth to see. All the Americans should tour around America too. We met one young woman, who was probably 25, and she said she has never even visited at Los Angles, even though she lived in small town near to it. I thought it was really interesting since me at the age of 17 have been traveling around the Europe a lot and now even visited at America.
Reasons why you should visit in America:
The people are super friendly and social. It was nice to talk with them. I really enjoyed it.
Even though I said bad things about food, it basically is pretty good. You just need to be aware of the meal sizes and stuff like that.
The nature is amazing. Because America is so big there is lot of different things in nature too to see.
They sell lots of great stuff there.
It's just something that you need to do once in a lifetime.

So this was kind of closing post about America then. I hope no one will feel offended by it, it was just so different for me. The school started today and future looks unclear... Because I'm still so tired. I even fell a sleep today at the music lesson. Well I hope this shall pass soon and I will get to sleep better this night,

I hope everyone is going back to work or to school with energized mind! Try to stay positive.

Rest of the America trip~

So the America trip is now over and I'm safely back to Finland. I'm going to write today a small summary of the end of the trip. I really hope you will enjoy this.
Well our trip was mainly driving from one place to other and we also visited Las Vegas. The lights at night were pretty impressive. Everything looked so unreal. We went out to eat that evening too and I was surprised to see so many families with little kids out there. I was expecting just people without kids or something like that. It was interesting. The hotels all were themed in different styles. We staid in hotel called New York New York. As the name says the theme was New York.
Look at the hotel! It was so big. There was freaking roller coaster going around the hotel. The hotel was planes like you didn't necessarily need to live from there. There were lot things to do there and lots of restaurants.
At day everything looked like in any other town and it didn't seem that special. Well Las Vegas really was too expensive for me so I just didn't shop there at all, expect for postcards.

After Las Vegas we went to coast again. I wanted to take picture on those rocks and got hit by small wave. It was quite surprise. I tried to pose and then suddenly I got water to my back.
So like in wave picture here you can see my best buys from then end of the rip. That dress and the gorgeous hat. After I bought it I wore it the rest of the trip. It's so nice and I have wanted that kind of hat for a while now.
This was funny at the town we staid then. In the harbor there were like little raft of seals who just were relaxing in sun. Our hotel didn't locate near the harbor, but still I could hear their noise to the hotel. I just thought "Hmm sounds like seals". When we went to harbor I tried to look for the seals. Then I understood where they were. What a nice life they seem so have, relax at the sun all the day. Could get little bit boring maybe.
This we saw on the last day. It's someone's house with Christmas decorations. It just feels so unreal that someone decorates their house like that. I haven't seen anything like that in Finland. In America many people had decorated their houses, and this was the most decorated. It was crazy!
The rest of the trip went by peacefully. I shopped quite a lot, I'll probably be using the items pretty much in future so you'll be able to see the clothes I bought at least in future posts.
New year i spent in airplane and airport. I slept most of the first flight cause I was so tired. I still am. The time zone change isn't easy.
The trip was really nice, and it was nice to go to America for the first time in my life. It might  be tough to spent 24/7 two weeks with parents. We even slept in same hotel room in every hotel. So right now I'm feeling like seeing my friends and getting break ;).
It was really nice to come back to Finland and see my dog again, I missed him so much and it seems like he missed me too.
I hope everyone had or is having wonderful Christmas vacation. Remember to rest!
