May's favorites 2014

I have seen people making blogs about this subject and I decided to try this out in a blog. So in this post I'm going to share with you 5 of my May's favorites. ♡

First thing on this list is game, Sailor Moon Another Story! 

I remember playing this game when I was kid, like probably something like 7 to 9 years old. I never got far in the game. Can't wonder why, I didn't understand English well back then (started to study it at the age of 9). I still remember I liked the game.

So when I found the game again I was super excited. I was "nervous" could I get longer than when I was kid. Well I did! I play the game every evening little bit, and I'm making progress slowly.

I'm really happy that I found the game, not only cause it's funny, but cause it kind of brings back memories from childhood.

Second thing on May's favorites is movie. I choose Summer Wars to this list cause  really enjoyed the movie. My favorite said to me that I should watch it. "It's probably something you would like" she said. It turned out to be like that.

The movie came out 2009 and I'm surprised I have never before watched it. I'm glad I did now.

Basically the main characters in the movie are Natsuki and Kenji.  Kenji is young student who has got summer job as moderator in massive virtual world OZ. Natsuki, Kenji's fellow student, asks Kenji to come with her to her great-grandmothers birthday. Natsuki introduces Kenji as her fiancee, surprising Kenji and her big family. 

During the night Kenji gets text message with complicated mathematical code. Cause Kenji is gifted in math he cracks the code. But the code isn't just challenging calculation and what happens the next day isn't something Kenji expected to happen.

The movie was really funny so I recommend this!

Third thing is phone application, called Plant nanny. The basic idea in it is to grown plants, with the water you have drank. So the application helps you to keep on track how much water you should drink during the day. Since water is good for health and I think I didn't drink enough it, I found the application helpful. And not only that, the plants are really cute. When you have drank class of water you can give water to the plant also, and it keeps on growing.

I got even my mother excited about this and so I had to download it to her phone too. 

Fifth on the list is blouse I got in the same package as the summer dresses and trousers. The blouse is from 59 Seconds. The picture is directly from Yesstyle's page, since I haven't got any pictures of it on me yet.

So the weather has been going up and down here. The blouse is really warm and it has been irreplaceable for me during the last days. Evening have been especially cold and while I have been driving my scooter I have needed something warm. It's really cute blouse and also comfortable, so I choose it to the list, even thought it's summer and it's not probably the number one thing that is needed during warm days. But it's really good for colder evenings.

Fifth and last thing on my May's favorites is song, 2NE1's If I were you.

I have been listening this song so much lately and I can't get enough it. I have listened it so much that I can remember the lyrics without looking them from somewhere.

Summer hair?

Hey everyone!

I wanted to make small update to show my new summer hair!

What you see is true! My hair got much shorter.  Basically I wasn't happy in what the dyeing my light did to it. The ends of my hair really were in good shape. So I walked to hairstylist and asked did she have time to cut my hair. It only took ten minutes and I was already getting my hair washed.

I'm really happy with the result, once the weather gets warmer again I think I will be really thankful of this hair.

I got lots of positive comments from my mom and my friends which made me happy. They told me this hair suits me well, that I look cute, and I look more mature in good way. Maybe I will believe them now. ♥︎

My little summer haul ♡

The summer is finally here too! The temperature goes near to 30 degrees every day and it's almost too hot for me already. 

I was in luck and I finally got some clothes that I ordered for the summer. They ended up being better than I thought and I decided to make little summer haul of them. I hope you will enjoy it!

As a first outfit I'm showing this lovely light pink flower maxi dress. I really love the dress! Its nice and light to wear. The fabric is perfect for warm weather, it stays nice and col. I added to the outfit, black ballerinas and black hat.

If the temperature drops out under 20, this outfit will be perfect. The main point is the rose pants, that I think are cutest pants I have ever owned. Cause the pants have the flower print I decided that the top should be one colored.

Only dress in this post that didn't come in mail, I bought this from one local small shop. I found it from sales and I think it was great finding. I like the print it, it looks almost like someone has painted it with watercolor. It really looks stunning. 

The last outfits main star is the peach colored dress. My mom always says that this color is made for me. I really enjoy the girly feeling I have when I'm wearing this dress. The laces on the top part of the dress is just adorable.

Well what do you think about these outfits? I really am happy that I got these clothes.

Copyright day

Last week we had here copyright day (actually two days). I got earlier at the week some coupons when I was walking the street, that basically said "Two movie tickets in prize of one!! Wow!".  It was in the honor of the copyright, The coupons could only be used at Wednesday and Thursday, and I got two of them. What to do? Well of course I dragged myself to movies two times then last week.

On Wednesday I went to see, the movie I had wished to see for a long time, The Grand Budapest Hotel.

The movie is comedy and written and directed by Wes Andersson. I had seen the trailer several times, and I was so excited. The movie seemed so good, funny and colorful.

In reality it was so much more for me.

The plot of the movie was quickly moving, but still in the same time it focused enough time to each happening. I loved the camera angles, and the camera work altogether. It was beautiful. Also the colors were amazing. I loved the bright colors. It made me think that if I can't be actor, like if there is no way that I could be actor, I want to be director/camera man. 

I didn't see even a one actor that I wished not to be there, they all did such great job. 

I really recommend this to everyone! Well for almost everyone. The humor maybe isn't for everyone, cause there was some dirty humor but also little bit brutal humor. I'm not much a fan of brutal humor and I had to close my eyes in one point actually. 

But in the end the movie was great!

On Thurday I went to see Divergent. I'm sorry to all who loves the movie... but I didn't fancy it. I had zero expectation for this movie. I didn't know anything about it, at first I thought I wouldn't even go to watch it. But then I did. I didn't hate the movie, but for me it was nothing special either. It wasn't bad but it was kind of like all the rest teenage movies. 

Please if you haven't watched the movie or read the novel don't read further cause I just just really need to reveal some parts of the plot while talking about this movie. I won't be telling much, but there is at least one big thing.

Firstly, am I the only one who was annoyed by the Dauntless. They were reckless. The start of the movie was basically about how Beatrice was admiring them about who they seem so free. Dauntless were just shouting and running around and being all crazy, you can say it's cool, but for me it was just silly.

The plot was okay, I don't complain about it, but they used so much time on how Beatrice trained to be Dauntless. I thought it would be shorter. I actually asked from my friend will there be other part, cause I thought that everything else will be in the next movie or something. ( Edit. Oh look at that, I read there will be three more movies about this. My bad sorry.)

Several peoples death in this movie really didn't make me feel much. I mean there was nothing special in the way how Beatrice's mom and dad died. It was kind of just "Oh look they died". The only death that was shocking for me was Al's. I felt so sorry for him.

Basically some of the scenes were little bit awkward, but there isn't much anything more that was awful to me. 

Like I said the movie was alright, but in the same time I'm glad I didn't have to pay full prize of the movie ticket.

Also when tattooing becomes that easy I can consider taking a tattoo. That seemed so painless.

Fake birthday

I traveled to see my cousin last week. And she arranged fake birthday to me on Thursday. That's right fake birthday. It was all because she really wanted to surprise me. Really my birthday is 7/6. You can believe how surprised I was, and that's what my cousin wanted.

So we were filming video to her French friend telling about Finland. In the end we talked about some horror things and we had this papers which told what subject it was. Last paper my cousin gave to my said Surprise. In the paper she explained what is going to happen, and my reaction was caught to video camera.

She gave me this awesome photo album. There was one photo from almost every year that I have lived. It's sped cute and I will treasure it for sure. Also I got 40€ gift card to Gina Tricot. 

Fake birthday hero

We headed to town center and had lots of fun. There was little market and we toured around there.

And if all that wasn't enough she took me out to eat and to movies. 

I ate this amazing salmon dish. It tasted so good.

When I thought the surprises were over waitress brought me this. My cousin had asked the waitress to do so while I was in the bathroom. This little cake was so good and the candle was just so cute.

Last but not least we went to see Kaze tachinu which is directed by Hayao Miyazaki. I really love Miyazaki's movies. I liked this one too so much. I have to admit I was pretty confused time to time while watching it, but in the end I still liked it very much. 

I had so much fun and it's all thanks to my cousin. I couldn't have better best friend. I don't think that anyone ever would have arranged fake birthday party for me. She told me that she really wanted to this to me, since I have seemed so tressed out because of school lately. She said that I deserved some  fun, and I'm so grateful of this fun. So thank you so much!
